RainbowStayNimbin has a strict policy for handling customer and prospective customer information & respecting the privacy and confidentiality of individuals who visit this Site, provide comments, enquire about accommodation or stay as Residents of the Establishment, RainbowStay. The information you provide to Rainbow Stay is regarded by us as private and confidential and protected to the fullest extent possible. RainbowStay Nimbin will not disclose or distribute customer information of any kind to third parties without prior written consent by the customer except when under an Order of the Court, or as necessary to process a booking. This includes not admitting whether or not an individual is a Resident of Rainbowstay. Further, our Customer Privacy Policy extends to protecting our Residents’ private and quiet enjoyment of the property and so prior, confirmed appointments are necessary to visit the establishment. Inspections of the establishment and inquiries from passing street trade or ‘walk-ins’ are not accepted. The whole of the estate is private property and trespass is strictly prohibited. |
